Most homeowners meet an outdoor living contractor in Williamsburg, VA with a list rather than a plan.

A patio, a kitchen, some lighting, a structure over part of it, and a fire feature if the numbers work. That list is a good starting point. What it leaves out is the order the pieces have to go in, and that order shapes the final figure more than any single item on the list.
